There was a period in my career when I trained hard, gave my best, did “everything right” and still wasn’t chosen.
I got injured often. I lost explosiveness as the match went on.

That frustration is what pushed me to deeply study strength and conditioning applied to volleyball, not as textbook theory, but as a matter of survival on the court.
