But APS wasn’t born from success.
It was built after:

Years of training hard without seeing real transfer
I learned the hard way that strength without structure destroys performance.
Today, at 37, I’m stronger, jumping higher, more explosive, and more resilient than I was in my 20s, not by accident, but by systematic preparation.
