I am a professional volleyball player with over 24 years of experience, having played in more than 20 countries.
I am also a strength and conditioning coach, with a background in sports science and I have helped transform athletes in over 40 countries through the Armored Player System.
I don’t teach theory. I use this system in my own training and you will follow the exact same structure I use.
This is the same system that allowed me to become Italian Champion at 37 years old and reach the highest vertical jump of my life, something I did not achieve even in my 20s. My current reach is 3.65m (around 12 feet).
I am still competing at a high level and preparing for the next season, continuing to challenge myself to improve.
My goal is to help athletes experience the same thing, to keep improving, performing better and playing their best season after season.
